Please make sure that notifications are enabled in Elevate’s settings and your device’s settings:
Elevate Settings
- Tap Me
- Tap Settings (gear in top right corner)
- Tap Push Notifications
- Ensure all notifications you want to enable are toggled on
Device Settings
- Open the Settings app for your device
- Tap on Notifications
- Make sure that Elevate notifications are enabled
