Here are a few troubleshooting tips that may help:
- Update Elevate to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Elevate performs best with a strong internet connection, allowing it to download the latest content. Please disconnect any VPN connections and verify that you're connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network with a full signal strength in your device's Settings. Restarting the app while connected to a strong Wi-Fi network will resolve most issues.
- Try changing your connectivity from Wi-Fi to cellular, or vice versa, to narrow down whether the issue is with your connectivity.
- Close Elevate, restart your device, and try again.
- Check to see that your device is compatible. Elevate is available on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch running iOS 16 or higher and Android devices running Android 9 or higher.
