If you're not hearing sound in Elevate, here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:
1. Check Elevate settings
Go to Profile > Settings and make sure Sound Effects is toggled on (blue).
2. Check your device’s silent/volume settings: Some Elevate games (such as Memory games) play sound even when Silent Mode is on. If you hear sound in those games but not others, Silent Mode is likely enabled. Please follow the steps below based on your device:
- iPhones with a mute switch: Make sure the switch isn’t showing orange.
- Newer iPhones (Action button): Press the Action button to turn Silent Mode off. Alternatively, open Control Center and ensure Silent Mode is off, and the volume is turned up.
- iPads with a side switch: Go to Settings > General > Side Switch and ensure it’s set to Mute, not Screen Lock.
3. Check Bluetooth
Disconnect any Bluetooth headphones or speakers and see if sound plays through the device speakers.
4. Restart the app and device
Force-close Elevate, reopen it, and then restart your device.
