This can occur if multiple Elevate accounts have been created under the same Apple or Google Play Store ID. In these instances, the subscription may be linked to an older Elevate account.
To restore your subscription to your new Elevate account, please follow these steps:
- Tap on Me
- Tap on Settings (gear icon in top corner)
- Tap on Restore Purchases
This should restore any purchases made on your App Store ID or Google account to your Elevate account.

- A copy of your receipt, which would have been emailed to you from Apple or Google after the purchase was made.
