Elevate purchases can be made via Stripe, Apple, or Google. Refunds are dependent on the policies of each purchase platform. Typically, refunds can be processed if requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
Apple Purchases
You will need to contact Apple directly to request a refund. They maintain full control over all transactions on the App Store, and we don't have access to your credit card or your Apple ID. Apple will typically refund purchases if requested within 60 days of the purchase date.
Please sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com. Then follow the steps below:
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Select the reason why you want a refund, then click Next
- Select the Elevate subscription, then choose Submit.
For international contact information, go to this website.
Stripe Purchases
If you don't see your subscription through Google or Apple, you could have subscribed via the web (Stripe) instead.
We can submit refund requests for Stripe purchases that were made within the last 30 days. To help us locate your subscription, please contact us with the last 4 digits of the card number that was charged or the invoice number that would've been included in the Stripe receipt emailed to you after the purchase.
Google Purchases
We can submit refund requests to the Google Play Store for you if the purchase was made within the last 30 days. Please contact us with your Elevate account email or a Google Play Order ID that starts with "GPA." You can find that using this link.
If your Google refund is not processed within 7-10 business days, please contact Google Support directly for further assistance. To speak to Google Customer Care, please call 1-855-466-4438.
