Elevate subscriptions are set to auto-renew. To disable auto-renewal, please follow the instructions below, based on the platform you used to purchase:
Stripe (Web):
If you don't see your subscription listed under Apple or Google, it's possible you subscribe via the web (Stripe). Please follow the instructions below to cancel your Stripe subscription via the app:
- Open Elevate
- Tap Profile
- Tap Settings (gear in top corner)
- Tap Account Status
- Tap 'Cancel service'
- Select the reason for canceling and tap 'Continue'
- Tap 'Cancel service' again
Apple:
- Tap on the Settings app on your device
- Tap on your Apple ID (your profile photo at the top of the Settings screen)
- Tap on Subscriptions
- Tap on Elevate
- To cancel your subscription, tap on "Cancel Subscription" in red
Important note: If you don’t see a cancellation option, but instead see resubscription options, as shown in the image below, then your subscription should already be canceled.
Google:
Here are some instructions from Google to help you with canceling.
You can also follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play app on your device
- Tap the profile icon at the top right of the screen
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select Elevate
- Tap Cancel subscription
If you don’t see a cancellation option, but instead "Canceled" in red, as shown in the image below, your subscription was canceled.
