When you see the purchase screen, close it out by tapping the "X" in the upper left corner. Then tap "Continue with Limited Version." This will allow you to use the free version of the app. Here’s a tutorial to help demonstrate how this works: www.elevateapp.com/free.
You can verify that you’re on the free version by going to Me > Settings and viewing your Account Status as Free.
