You can reset your password from inside the app. Before doing so, it may help to add no-reply@elevateapp.com to your address book to reduce the chances of the password reset email being sent to spam.
The instructions for resetting your password differ for iOS and Android devices, so please follow the specific instructions for your device.
iOS
- If currently logged out, tap "Log in"
- Tap “Add another account”
- Tap “Log in”
- If a sign-in pop-up comes up, tap Cancel
- Tap “Continue with email”
- Tap “Forgot Password”
- Enter your Elevate account email address
- Tap “Reset Password”
Once you have reset the password, please follow the steps below:
- Open the reset password email
- Tap the blue “Change your password” button (screenshot below)
- Enter your new password on both lines.
- Passwords should be at least eight characters.
Please check your Spam/Junk folders if you don't see the email right away.
Android
To reset your password, please open Elevate and follow these steps:
- If currently logged out, tap "Log in"
- Tap "Log in with Email"
- Tap "Forgot password?"
- Enter the email address you use for Elevate
- Tap "Reset Password"
- Check your email and open the reset email from Elevate
- Tap the blue "Change your password" button
- Enter your new password on both lines. Passwords must be at least eight characters.
Please check your Spam/Junk folders if you don't see the email right away.
