You can reset your password from inside the app. Before doing so it might help to add no-reply@elevateapp.com to your address book to decrease the chances of the password reset email going to spam.
The instructions for resetting your password are currently different for iOS and Android devices, so please be sure to follow the instructions specific to your device.
iOS
- If currently logged out, tap "Log in"
- Tap “Add another account”
- Tap “Log in”
- If a sign-in popup comes up, tap Cancel
- Tap “Continue with email”
- Tap “Forgotten password?”
- Enter your Elevate account email address
- Tap “Reset Password”
Once you have reset the password please follow the steps below:
- Open the reset password email
- Tap the blue “Change your password” button (screenshot below)
- Enter your new password on both lines.
- Passwords should be at least eight characters.
Please check your Spam/Junk folders if you don't see the email right away.
Android
To reset your password please open Elevate and follow these steps:
- If currently logged out, tap "Log in"
- Tap "Log in with Email"
- Tap "Forgot your password?"
- Enter the email address you use for Elevate
- Tap "Reset Password"
- Check your email and open the reset email from Elevate
- Tap the blue "Change your password" button
- Enter your new password on both lines. Passwords must be at least eight characters.
Please check your Spam/Junk folders if you don't see the email right away.
